Gay Adoption Books
In two different judgments, the Court of Appeal of Paris has just approved the gay adoption books of a Franco-British one hand and that of a pair of two French resident in Canada other. The ADFH welcomes these judgments show that the path of equality between families is now used by the court, without that sexual orientation can be an elective decision criterion. Paradoxically, the French parent families are immersed in a farcical situation where one parent would have changed nationality for the right to adopt their own children through the courts . . Recognizing that this situation can not continue, the ADFH calls for the legislature so without waiting for 2012, it takes its responsibilities by ending discrimination against children between them. Whether from LGBT families or not, these children have the right to have two parents who love them and educate them. The Coalition is proud to announce the creation of a new group in the Outaouais region and how the activities in February!. The book includes 17 stories of homosexuals who have been foster parents or adoptive parents. It is interesting how the fears and frustrations of parents, to see the homophobia of some social workers and encouraging others have demonstrated. Another difference including, most children between 5 and before 15 years! Or even more often than 8 years . . . When I see young children who were fortunate to have in Quebec, I think it's great . . . let's be aware of :-). In any case among the 17 stories, there is everything . . . men and single women or couples, gay adoption books stories but especially foster families before gay adoption books of the matches that have operated more or less, etc. . . . . There is a similar book written by a worker from the center jeunnesse. It tells the story of five families through the Mixed Bank program. A very interesting situation and of course, no gay couple but the relationship and bonding between parent and child is very well presented.
